THE SIMPLE WOMAN'S DAYBOOK

FOR TODAY December 29, 2008...

Outside my window...Dark, windy, precipitation?

I am thinking...that I'm hungry!

I am thankful for...my great family and son's friend who is staying with us.

From the learning rooms...herbs and natural remedies.

From the kitchen...neffla soup...Mmmm

I am wearing...my old (25-year-old) robe.

I am creating...a blue and orange afghan.

I am going...to make homemade laundry detergent with my daughter tomorrow.

I am reading...Proverbs.

I am hoping...that our family meeting this week goes well. It's a new year, and there are going to be new rules.

I am hearing..."Still love you" by The Pearsons.

Around the house...vacuuming and laundry to do--more soup to make.

One of my favorite things...my fluffy kitties.

A few plans for the rest of the week:work and crafting.

Here is picture thought I am sharing...I love the old homemaker's weekle schedule.

This is a really random comment, but every time I see your user name I get the Veggie Tales song "Cebu" in my head and can't get it out... lol

Ha Ha! Oh Angie, you crack me up! The tag name Zebu "Zee-boo" actually comes from a sacred Indian cow, one of the four ancestors to the American Brahma bull. We owned a zebu in our traveling petting zoo. He was such a wonderful and loving animal. I miss him very much. His name was Zeb.
